DESCRIPTION:4TH ANNUAL SCARECROW CONTEST      \n\nOctober 2-25\n\n \n\nIndividuals\, families\, businesses\, sports teams and community organizations are invited to participate in our 4th Annual Scarecrow Contest. Adopt a Fairfield Hills Lamp Post of your choice during the month of October\, (first-come\, first-served). Build your own unique scarecrow and affix it to your adopted lamp post (you can pick up your number card at our office). You can work on your scarecrow from October 2-25. The community is invited to vote for their favorite scarecrow from October 26-29.  The winner will be announced on October 31.\n\n \n\nWinners have a chance to win a Summer 2024 Family Pool & Beach Membership Pass or assorted tier prizes donated by local businesses.
