SUMMARY:The Best Darn Jazz Club in Danbury
DESCRIPTION:WCSU's second "Best Darn Jazz Club in Danbury" (BDJC) of the semester will be held on Friday\, March 6th from 8-10pm in the Colonial Corner in the Student Center on the Midtown campus. There will be two outstanding groups. The Matt Schmidt Quintet will open with Joe Conticello on piano\, Pete Blake on bass\, Ryan Hamme on drums\, Jake Falce on guitar and Matt Schmidt on sax. The Rosemary Minkler Trio will follow with Larry Davis on drums\, Jeff Moro on bass and Rosemary Minkler on piano. Admission is free and open to the public. Complimentary snacks will be provided\, as well as a cash bar for those 21 and over.  A suggested $5 donation to support the BDJC is appreciated and will be accepted at the door. Parking is free in the White Street Garage. Sponsored by the Dean of Students Office.
