Marmalade is a New Milford-based digital consultancy that builds the systems that drive growth — commerce platforms, operational automation, data infrastructure, and AI integration.
Founder Liam Huston previously led the build of Cartier's first digital commerce platform in the Gulf — a 90-day delivery during the 2020 COVID shutdown, later replicated across additional maisons and into South Korea and the United States. He has since brought the same delivery discipline to clients, including Delta Faucet.
Marmalade is founder-led, with a curated network of senior specialists assembled per project. Every engagement is staffed with first-class practitioners chosen for the specific brief — no benches between projects, no junior associates billed at senior rates. We take on a small number of clients at a time, so each one gets serious attention.
We work in 90-day delivery cycles. Every project begins with a defined outcome and a named team, and ends with a working system in the client's hands — not a slide deck.
Based in New Milford, Connecticut. Serving clients across the U.S. and internationally. Proud member of the Greater Danbury Chamber and especially interested in helping other Connecticut businesses build the digital systems that will define their next decade of growth.
