Prior to his executive appointment, he spent more than two decades managing major construction projects in the Middle East, where he has contributed project management expertise to a variety of asset types. A passionate advocate of continuous learning and professional development, Rushaidat holds numerous credentials, including the Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED Green Associate, Professional Architect in Project Management (PAPM), and Chief of Projects Management (Consultant Grade A). He earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Jordan.
