Karim Boukarroum is the Founder and CEO of Enrich Capital, an investment company based in Connecticut with interests in insurance, real estate, and mortgage lending. Under its umbrella, Karim leads an Allstate Insurance Agency and partnerships with The Retrospect Real Estate, and FBT Bank’s Mortgage Lending.
Before moving to the U.S. in 2019, Karim built an international career across Lebanon, the Gulf region. He held
senior positions at global communications giants Publicis and Ogilvy/WPP, later serving as Deputy General Manager of a regional Gulf bank, before founding Talks International, a communications group with offices in Dubai, Muscat, and Beirut.
