GDCC- Cocktails & Commencement 2026

Since its inception in 1987, Leadership Greater Danbury has been one of the Greater Danbury Chamber of Commerce’s longest-running and most highly regarded programs. For decades, it has brought together emerging and established leaders to learn about the region, develop their leadership skills, and make a meaningful impact in the community.

Throughout the program, participants connect with established leaders, gain behind-the-scenes insight into the region’s key institutions, explore pressing community issues, build valuable professional relationships, and give back through a meaningful group project. The experience equips participants with a deeper understanding of Greater Danbury and the tools to bring that knowledge back to their workplaces, organizations, and communities.

This year’s Graduation Celebration marks an exciting milestone as we recognize the newest class of Leadership Greater Danbury graduates. Participants will be presented with certificates celebrating their successful completion of the program and, just as importantly, they’ll have the opportunity to connect with and celebrate alongside Leadership alumni from years past.
