The Northern Fairfield County Association of REALTORS® (NFCAR), Ridgefield Board of Realtors Inc. (RBOR), and the Greater New Milford Board of Realtors (GNMBR), in partnership with the Housatonic Habitat for Humanity ReStore are pleased to invite you to the ReStore Realtor Lunch & Learn Series.
These in-service educational events are FREE for NFCAR, RBOR and GNMBR members and include a luncheon buffet. Open to the public at $10 per person. Our speaker and topic for the upcoming session follows: How to declutter before a sale. Presented by: Matt Baier, Owner of Matt Baier Organizing
Is “decluttering a house for sale” an important part of the sales cycle for your clients? Maybe clients are also worried about fitting everything into their new home. Matt has decades of experience and more than a few handouts which could help your clients look at downsizing as a great opportunity to reprioritize their possessions. And, he will give points on how this important step can sell a home faster while saving on moving and storage costs.
The next ReStore “Realtor Lunch & Learn” events will be held August 1, 2018, October 3, 2018 and January 9, 2019. Stay tuned for confirmation and “rain dates”. ReStore is Housatonic Habitat’s home improvement thrift warehouse which recycles and repurposes household and building materials.
