Since its inception in 1987, this prestigious program is one of our longest-running and best-reviewed programs. Leadership Danbury prepares leaders for positions of responsibility by acquainting them with community processes and pressing issues. Participants will engage in discussions with established leaders, go behind-the-scenes at the region?s key institutions, build leadership skills, create a lasting network of contacts, and give back to the community with a meaningful group project.
With a better understanding of the region?s needs and their own potential, participants can contribute their new knowledge and skills to their companies, clients, and communities, the result being professional development, regional growth, and improved economic health.
Leadership Danbury is a 9-month program that convenes on the 4th Wednesday of each month running from January 23 through September 18. You must register for the full program.
