Anyone who needs to manage a project big or small, simple or complex, will benefit from this workshop series. Participants will learn about the "process-driven approach," as well as the guidelines and best practices for project management, per the Project Management Institute.
Presenter, Jay Bardalai, is a Danbury resident and semi-retired professional with over 20 years experience in IT business analysis and project management. He has worked for Fortune 100 companies and an independent consultant, working on projects both domesticly and internationally. He is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
