DANBURY FAIR BUILDS ON MOMENTUM WITH NEW STORE OPENINGS, EXPANSIONS AND RENOVATIONS

Paris Baguette to join the Center’s growing lineup as lululemon, Portabella, American Eagle Outfitters and more reinvest in their stores
 
June 3, 2026 DANBURY, Conn. Danbury Fair, Connecticut’s premier shopping destination, is pleased to announce several brand expansions, new additions, and retailer renovations taking place throughout 2026. Building on the momentum of elevated brands such as gorjana and Jack C Jones, which opened earlier this year, Danbury Fair continues to attract sought-after retailers and dining concepts while investing in the overall guest experience. These investments from both established and emerging brands reinforce Danbury Fair’s position as a leading retail and lifestyle destination in the region.

Paris Baguette The internationally recognized bakery café is bringing its signature assortment of artisan breads, pastries, cakes, and café beverages to Danbury Fair in Spring of 2027.
“We’re on a mission to re-establish the neighborhood bakery café as the heart of the community across the U.S., and we’re excited to see Rumel Hossain bring that vision to Danbury,” said Darren Tipton, Chief Executive Officer of Paris Baguette. “In our cafes we like to say, ‘Happy to see you. Happier to serve you.’ We know Rumel will wholeheartedly embrace this approach in his neighborhood.” They will be located on the Lower Level across from Banana Republic. Anticipated Opening Spring 2027
American Eagle Outfitters | Aerie – The popular fashion retailers will debut their connected-store concept spanning over 10,000 square feet, creating a seamless shopping experience between the two brands. They will be located on the Upper Level across from Apple. Anticipated Opening Summer 2026
Lovesac Known for their innovative, customizable furniture solutions, the retailer will expand its selection of signature Sactionals and Sac seating at Danbury Fair. Designed for comfort, versatility, and sustainability, its furniture adapts to customers’ evolving lifestyles and living spaces. The new store will be located on the Upper Level next to lululemon. Anticipated Opening Summer 2026
 

Newly Renovated and Expanded Storefronts

 
lululemon The athletic apparel and lifestyle brand has renovated and expanded its location to more than 5,000 square feet. Guests can explore women’s and men’s technical apparel and accessories in a bright, modern retail environment featuring nature-inspired textures reminiscent of coastal cliffs, terrazzo accents, and warm wood finishes. Located next to Apple, the store will continue to serve as a community hub through partnerships with local run clubs, fitness studios, trainers, and wellness events.

 
 
 
 
Portabella Known for its high-quality men’s fashion and personalized service, Portabella has relocated into a larger, brighter storefront. Expert wardrobe consultants help guests find the perfect look, from formal attire to elevated casual wear. The new store is located on the Lower Level next to Old Navy.
Janie and Jack The children’s fashion retailer has completed renovations to its storefront and interior. Janie and Jack offers thoughtfully designed collections featuring modern takes on classic styles for children from newborn through age 8. The store is located on the Upper Level next to Sephora.
