Mr. Woodell has been an environmental consultant and hydrogeologist in New York and Connecticut for 18 years. He holds a BS in physics and MA in Earth Sciences and is a licensed Professional Geologist in New York. His primary client base includes commercial real estate owners/developers, industrial entities, municipalities, insurance providers and private individuals.
Mr. Woodell has expertise in site investigations and characterization (Phase I, II, III), underground storage tanks, soil vapor intrusion, remedial design and implementation, regulatory compliance, waste management and property-transaction support.
